Employees here..have No customer service ( unless they know you).. they don’t acknowledge you when you walk in ( just stand around and look at you like you came in with a disease) They stand around each other..talking amongst themselves and taking thier time making food..don’t mention the wait time ( even when thier not busy) …they don’t get in a hurry for no reason..can’t tell the manager cos she acts the same ( corp would be the best bet. ) highly disappointed in this location…never seen it ran this way!

On August 18th, 2023 myself along with 4 or 5 other cars waited in line. I pulled up at 10:47 and other cars were waiting prior literally just sitting there. I was across the street at wal mart and had been watching so I know they waited a while but I’m not “that customer” so I just waited patiently as well after pulling up at 10:47 even though I saw them sitting before I got there officially in line. I was the last car. I made it to the order box at 11:05 just to be told they weren’t taking any more orders. All I wanted was a baha blast.

The food was made without care and EVERYTHING tasted burned. The establishment was filled with a smokey haze and it took a long time for the meals to be prepared even though we were the only patrons. The sodas also tasted off. Would not recommend this establishment.

If I can give no stars I would. Customer service sucks I would rather go to the TA. Suppose to open at 8am sat in line for about 10 min with only 2 cars in line. It’s crazy never got served because I left.

Okay, they are trying, but it’s just not good enough. Inside tables are always dirty. Drive through they are never busy but act like they have a line of 20 cars to service. My nachos bell grande had hard dry beans, no diced tomatoes. Went back around, and they made me another one but had to grovel.
