Best subs you can get at a chain restaurant. Always very fast and clean.

First time trying JJ but we were disappointed. All the ingredients were just ok but what really stood out was the small amount of meat and toppings actually inside the sandwich. Two thinly sliced pieces of meat and a slice of cheese on each half. For almost $30 for two meals, it definitely wasn’t worth it.

Clean. Staff wasn’t entirely welcoming but also not cold. The real important aspect is the food. Just not my vibe. The bread was fresh but not what I like. Meat was skimpy and eh. Not big on the amount of mayo (lots) and lettuce. Overall, ok, but just not for my tastes.

I was so excited to finally get a JJ’s here I have never tried but been seeing the ads for years and would have thought this would be a sandwich lovers Mecca. So far from the truth first off the claim to be insanely fast and insanely fresh. Lol that’s a joke with six employees to make my one sandwich, very little meat and sliced so thin you can actually see thru it. The bread was fresh of a good quality but the meats weren’t even as good a a store brand cold cut. Comes on a French loaf so as you can imagine very skinny bread to make the very little amount of meat appear to be something. Just so disappointing maybe out in the Midwest they consider this fresh and good but in the east coast when you order a sandwich it’s got substance. We won’t even talk about the insane price. Just so disappointed they actually make JM’s and Quiznos seem like better alternatives.

I was excited to try Jimmy Johns being they’re new to the area. 18$ for my extra large sub. Fine, if it’s as premium as the ads make it seem I should be fine, right? What a mistake. Absolute garbage. They only have provolone for cheese?!?! That should have been my first red flag. The sandwich was long, I’ll give them that, but it was anemic at best. Bread sucked. Meat sucked. Super light on toppings. The pictures of what they make is the farthest thing from the truth. I didn’t finish the sandwich and went to a local spot that charges half as much and delivers 5 times more sandwich. I sincerely hope this place fails. Never again will I go to this place.

As I write this review I’m starting to chuckle because this can’t be real life. A little disorganized and lackluster. Some workers were pleasant, and others including the manger on were not professional. I just really hope they get this morale together because I am a huge jimmy John’s foodie and was so excited to hear they relocated near me. So the sub itself was great, hopefully the customer service and communication gets better but I’m not writing off just a bad first impression.

Very great sandwiches, fast rewards too! I got a free sandwich after buying two yesterday. Cannot believe how packed they looked too. And best pickles I’ve had in a very long time. So happy there’s finally a jimmy Johns around here!

I love this place I’m so glad it’s up north now . My only thing is when I do a mobile order or when I’m person and ask for extra toppings They don’t put it in. If they get that fixed 5stars. Staff is supper nice I would just say when people ask for extra toppings please actually put extra toppings

Deli meat is mediocre, don’t know where they are based, but in the tri-state you better spend money on your cold cuts or you won’t be around long, gave them 2 chances
