They forgot an item I ordered. Spoke to an employee named Gary (if that’s even his correct name) The order was a delivery so I asked him if they can bring it to me and he said no. and he said he can’t refund me for just one item. Smh. Now if I would’ve spent my money at Pizza Hut the driver would’ve brought whatever was forgotten back.

Called to place an order for delivery. I spoke with a lady at a call center, who took my order and processed my $45 order. Then she told me this location didn’t get my order but they had already taken my money. She then told me she would transfer me to the store directly and I could pay with cash. No one answered at the store. I had to drive 15 minutes to the store where I was created by a horrible attitude. The girl told me she was locking up because her ride was there. It was 9:15 and their hours say they are open until 10. Horrible place. Lost $45 because they used a call center and not someone at the actual location and then had some one more interested in leaving then doing their job

AWFUL!!! I ordered I deliver here and the communication with in this restaurant is just terrible I found out that whoever picks up the phone and takes orders is a 24 hour service that is not connected to the restaurant itself. I water 2 hours for my pizza just for it to be cold and nasty I understand that we get backed up and busy but if you don’t have enough workers close the place down!!!
