What a breathe of fresh air this place is! After not wanting to pay $9.00 for a beer at AMC I decided to walk around before my movie. I am glad I found More’ Italian Bistro. Most pizza places you don’t expect much in FL, however it is was great to see old school “deals”.

I came here about 2 minutes before they closed. They apologized and informed me they only had sliced pizza and I would have to take it to go. I ordered my pizza and drink. They were really friendly and my pizza was fresh. The pizza could of been cooked longer as it was not toasty at the bottom but, I really think it’s just since they were already closed. I’ve order food here before and the food was great and so was the service. Great location too. I will be coming back and highly recommend this place.

If it wasn’t for the waitstaff being friendly this place would have been a 1 star. Pizza was undercooked and soggy. A slice of pizza when folded should never droop. Oil soaked through the paper plate it was served on. 20$ for 4 slices, 2 drinks, and a tip not really a good deal. Hardly any sauce. Only 1 refill for table side service is not great. Had to go to the register to get the bill. Just not good all around. Just my experience.

Our pizza was floating in grease. Remade it same way. Garlic knots tasted hard like They were microwaved. Our server was not good and the whole experience super bad. Definitely need a manager to help but the food was awful bad.

This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life. The girls at the front act so entitled like it’s their house and everyone who walks in is an inconvenience! It’s like they do it on purpose so you don’t want to come back. They didn’t ask us if we needed anything the entire time & I was dreading to even go ask for a drink. The pizza is delicious but word to the owner- if you had happier, smiling and friendly faces in the front willing to serve, you’d be 10x more successful than you are now!!!

The Pizza was great, just what I needed after being walked all day by my family . Last ditch effort while they shopped in TJ Max, I stepped off and found this little gem of a restaurant tucked beside the AMC theater. The food was great the service was polite.

I was SO excited to order from here because I stopped eating pork and they have beef pepperoni. However, I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it came without them! It isn’t like I ordered a pizza and added pepperoni to it. They have a pepperoni pizza option on the menu and I added additional toppings. It was OK, but really disappointing because that was literally the only reason I ordered from this specific pizza place.

I didn’t even make it to a table. Worker was outside smoking. The front glass door had a large crack. Opened the door, food was on the floor. The first booth has a 3 foot tear in the seat, with the cushioning coming out. Turned right around.

Placed an order online, arrived at the store half an hour later and they hadn’t even looked at the order. Place was dead, only two other people inside. Food wouldn’t have been made unless I came to check, and they refused to compensate or even throw something else in. Any kind of recompense would have been appreciated.
