Did not enjoy anything about this restaurant. Service was inadequate, to say the least. Had to take several items off our bill due to how long it took to get the orders to the table even tho the establishment wasn’t busy. There were only 2 of us in our dining party. The items we did get were less than desirable. DO NOT order bar cocktails. Sent my plum wine back, as it came with unordered gnats. Snapped pics as we were waiting at the bar to pay, of opened cocktail mixes they were using (juices). Sitting out on the bar, our entire visit no wonder the wine came with extra ingredients.

My son’s fiancée had his birthday dinner celebration here. The service from Tom was horrible to say the least. He threw food everywhere and all was burnt. The manager had to cook our entire meal over. This has been the worst service from any Hibachi location I’ve visited.

Lunch is typically quiet with lots of regulars. The picture below is a lunch portion steak. Which is traditionally served with soup. A soda and lunch will cost approximately $18/19. This price includes a soda drink and entrée w/taxes (always subject to change) . With plenty enough to take home. Dinner is a hit at this location with families gathered around a cooktop. Lots of laughs and great food & excellent customer service from wait staff. Most importantly the owners are involved daily with the business. It’s evident they love and enjoy what they do!

After a movie with my best friend. We stopped cuz we wanted to try this restaurant something new. While inside ordering the food everything was great drinks were wonderful. We received our bill, the waiter asked what kind of card I was using I said my bank card. He then took the bank card and made the transaction. My friend paid cash, she received her cash refund promptly. When it came to me receiving my card back we were waiting about 5 minutes. When I looked on my phone and it said that the transaction had already been completed. I had to ask the manager to please give me my card back.

Food tasted good .. however the to go order was disproportion. Bought Hibachi 3 food, and got 3 large box about 90 percent rice, 5 shrimp and 5 pieces of chicken and about a teaspoon of steam vegetables in each. While the flavor were there at $27, it should have more protein. Compare to what you get on dine in

The food was ok the service was not the greatest food give to wrong people. We had a family of 3 and automatically gratuity 18% this is freaking ridiculous they didn’t even tell us. My husband asked the manager she showed him the menu I mean who reads the bottom of it. On top of being charged 4% for using a credit card. We were out of town for my daughter’s graduation never again. One and only time coming here it should be illegal to charge gratuity for small family and the 4% credit card. They weren’t even that busy our service was horrible
