Would not order again. First timer. I ordered one of the pupu platters and a small side of fries. The soggy fries came with hair and the rest of the food did NOT appear fresh and hot. Completely hangry went in for a refund. Would give ZERO stars because the service was bad. Asked for plates and the employee literally huffed. The atmosphere was zero. It’s not a place to come and sit down to eat.

Hands down the worst Chinese food I’ve ever experienced. It was completely inedible. They claim they use real white meat chicken, but what I received was in no way real chicken. It was incredibly spongy and bendy. Felt like eating a rubber band. I had to throw it all in the trash. Also, the box our delivery came in was a complete mess with all of the sauce packets exploded on the bottom (picture attached). Zero care went into their food quality, preparation, and delivery. Will never purchase again.

I rarely post reviews, but I ordered some food for delivery for the first time yesterday and was quite disappointed. I was waiting for over an hour and was about to call and ask where my order was when I got a call telling me my order was ready for pick up. I told the girl that I ordered for delivery. She said I did not and asked for my address. She had already taken my address for the delivery when I ordered. Then I asked her how long it would be and she said they are busy, so when they can. I waited another 45 minutes and my food arrived at room temperature. The food wasn’t very good, but it might have been when it was first made. I wasn’t even sure if it had been out too long to be safe to eat. It’s not likely I will order again.

Shrimp was burnt, pork fried rice dried out, chicken was all batter. Tasted like it was cooked in old oil.Threw most of it out. Wasted $75. Staff very unfriendly. First and last time I will ever order from there. Wish I could give zero stars. The worst Chinese food I’ve ever gotten. Someone called me when I was parking to pick up food. Said your takeout order is ready and hung up. Rude. Place is filthy. We ended up ordering pizza.

Sick. Sesame chicken wasn’t cooked correctly, broccoli in chicken was barely cooked. Woke up this morning with a tight pukey feeling. I have to go to work like this, there’s no calling out for me…. Delivery driver was friendly and that’s rare here in Pittsfield. Atmosphere? Not sure what to say. Oh and $4 for a 2L of ginger ale? Really?

Used to order the same food each time, but the taste has worsened every time we ordered, called them to know if there was a change in recipe or the chef, didn’t ask for refund or replacement order when I spoke to the manager but it sounded like he didn’t care, not going to order anymore
