I’ve ordered Dominos about once or twice a month when I get off work for the past few years. Every time so far this year (2023) when I try to place my order on the app it says I can’t and to call the store. Which is really inconvenient seeing as I have rewards online to redeem a free pizza. When I call the employee always says they only have 1 driver working so they turned all online ordering off. At 10pm? How is that my fault? Every night I’ve tried for months now and I can’t get a pizza delivery? You are a business, you need to be open during business hours. Seeing as your hours are listed until 12… you should be open to at least 11. Shut the store down if you don’t have enough workers to accommodate what you advertise which is pizza DELIVERY. If you don’t have enough workers every single night since 2023 has started then that’s an issue. Also when I told her about my rewards for a free pizza on the phone she acted like she had nooooo clue what I was talking about. You work at Dominos, you’re telling me you don’t know about the Dominos Points and Rewards System?

I called because I ordered Salami. I was told “ look under the cheese “. I did not order extra cheese. It was apparent that salami was missing. Yet, second call, they stuck with that protocol. “Look under the cheese”. No Salami. And $&@$^*+#% Domino’s.

They unfortunately do not deliver to my location, so ordered carry out. Special ordered my pizza and they made it perfectly! Food was made quickly and everything tasted great. Staff was very friendly when I picked up the food. Ordered online, easy process.

Worst bait and switch ever. Ordered thru the app. Offers $7.99 pizza with toppings and then charges extra for toppings, because some are premium, without notification. Guess what Pizza Hut and Papa John’s advertise a price and then DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR TOPPINGS! Last time we go to Domino’s until they are truthful.

Ordered my food a little after 6 pm. My estimated time of delivery was 6:48 pm. Domino’s calls me at 6:48 pm. Domino’s tell me that they don’t have two of my items that I ordered. Understand that they are busy but why wait 48 min to call me. Now I got to wait another hr for food to be delivered

This Domino’s is SO much better than ANY other one I’ve ever gotten a pizza from!! Not sure what with being a chain but they get it right- not sloppily thrown together haphazardly as was often the case…had to start ordering extra sauce and cheese from our old VB ones as they were dry as a bone! Left it in ‘easy order’ but it’s just better! Keep it up guys- super nice staff when you pick up too!! (btw- we have only gotten the medium hand pan ones so can only speak to that but even husband’s is much better- seems like fresher veggies too!)
