Whoever tf was working on 8/18 at 8pm and made these nasty wings barely touched with sauce and raw in the middle, you are otherworldly disrespectful for putting this amount of sauce on the wings. Lazy. I had 16 wings in my order and they both looked like this. Pitiful.

I have to say, i had written Pizza Hut off for quite a while because they had gone downhill with their food quality. I recently started going back for the cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks, those are always wonderful. My last order I decided to try the pizza again, I was pleasantly surprised. Tasted great, and was put together well. Good experience all the way around.

Pizza Hut at Parker street Olatha is the worse pizza. I tried few times before to think this time be better but no luck . On the pizza you taste only cold bread and sauce . Even they didn’t put enough cheese or toppings . Really disappointed. I used to love Pizza Hut but no more . Very very bad experience.

Bit into a piece of pizza and found a hair under the cheese. Ok… gross but things happen. Grabbed another piece, but into it and found THREE more hairs. Literally pulled them out from under the cheese. Called the store to let them know and they said they’d call us back and never did. How are you going to drop 4 hairs (possibly even more, but that’s just what we noticed) into a pizza on accident? Sus.

I am currently still waiting for my pizza and a explanation on why I got a text message saying my pizza will be 30min later than expected and delivered by DoorDash . I tried calling store to find out what was going on. And at 15 minutes now still sitting on hold after already being hung up on after being on hold for 5 minutes a employee answered and I said I just got a text from DoorDash, his response was yup and hung up on me .
