I wanted to ensure I reviewed this being our second time here, our first visit did not entice me to do so. However I was very pleased with this go around. We got the chicken fried streak sandwich & a chicken strip dinner. Both were really good! Cooked well, not tough either to chew into like you might expect a chicken fried steak sandwich to be. The sides of fries and tater tots were also fresh and crunchy.

They’ve changed their chicken strips and they are incredible. My personal opinion. I go two or three times a week because they are that good, but I eat them there. If you take them home they get soft from the steam. They hand bread them in a beer batter now and they are crispy and hot!

We have been here twice. The food is decent. Unfortunately, when my husband ordered the #7, both times, they didn’t add the bacon. 1 time I can see as a mistake but twice? We won’t be going back. You pay for something. You expect to get it.

Now. I know we cannot help technology. However, when you take someone’s order, have them wait, then bring out the food and say “are you paying with a card?”. I said yes and then I get “we can’t take cards at this time”. That’s not actually my problem. My husband and I waited patiently, nice kid brought the food out with a “I’m sorry I can’t feed you” I asked him, “so, who’s going to eat my dinner? Y’all inside?” And he said “well, I can just throw it away”. So long story short, your food cost would have been the same, even if he apologized for the inconvenience, and handed us the food anyway. The food had to go somewhere. Might as well make the customer happy. No fault of mine. You need to work on customer relations
