Smallest caramel heath cupfection ever! This Dairy Queen has the same prices but skips the actual correct amounts of toppings. Everything I go here, giving them another chance, I get cheated on what I pay for. Completely pathetic.

Sunday afternoon, I stopped on at 80° day for ice cream. I was not greeted when I entered and walked up to the counter. The girl had an earpiece on, and I didn’t know if she wanted to serve me or not, as she just stood there at the register doing nothing.. There was a gentleman filling syrup containers on the counter, and it was a little unorganized! I ordered a simple strawberry shake, and another girl was yelling at people in an abrupt manner. The atmosphere was interesting, to say the least. I’ve always liked this location since I was a kid. So hopefully next time it will be a better experience!!

Always love Dairy Queen. The food and treats were just as I expected and good. Hot food was fresh and cold treat was delicious. They didn’t tip my blizzard though. Customer service was good otherwise. Easy access from Interstate. A bit dated building, but clean and nice. Small seating area, but we easily found a table as it wasn’t extremely busy at the time of day we stopped, around 3pm. Can’t go wrong with Dairy Queen. I would recommend and will probably stop by again some day when traveling along Inyerstate 94 in Minnesota.

Great tasting food that you would expect from a Dairy Queen. Friendly service. Drive through orders are usually correct with the exception of an occasional missing condiment or napkins. Wait time for drive through service can be long at peak times but your meal will be fresh and hot.

My partner and I have gone to the Albany location many times. Each time is a different bad experience. I was once harassed by a group of young boys in the drive thru and no one said anything (I was not with my partner this trip). Each time we go through the working teenagers are always very rude and don’t seem to know what they’re doing. The blizzards are always messy and not correctly mixed. The most recent experience we were wanting some burgers after doing laundry. We went through the drive thru, the lady who took our order was nice enough. Once we got to the window however, we were not greeted. They just took my card and handed it back to me without the receipt, they didn’t ask if I wanted it. They handed us our order, which we didn’t check until we got back home. They didn’t give me the order of fries I asked for but gave me the ranch. The burgers we had were messy and tasted like elementary school food. My partner and I are probably never going to go here again and if we do we are watching everything they do and going inside to make sure they get our order correct. If you are considering going here I would suggest to just go to A&W, better food and service.

I’m sorry to say that the quality of blizzards is not the same as a year ago. We’ve had 3 experiences in the last few months where our blizzards were basically a cup of vanilla ice cream. Come on guys, we’re paying over $5 for a blizzard with the expectation of receiving toppings, not a cup of vanilla ice cream!
