Taco Maya began with the desire to provide a unique dining experience by combining authentic Mexican food, as well as fusion items inspired from various cultures. To us, that meant quality food and people. Our goal was simple, to open a restaurant serving delicious food made from scratch with the freshest ingredients. Taco Maya offers a cozy, warm and family-oriented ambiance.
We value the importance of a family night-out or a business meeting. We are passionate about our dishes, each one made from heart and designed with pride from head Chef Patricio Elizondo. The unique taste is paired with a welcoming atmosphere and superb customer service that you will remember.

Chips and the light green sauce are amazing! This place is a must try for anyone who’s interested in trying Indian Mexican fusion cuisine! The falafel tacos, paneer burrito, and nachos are my favorites! The best thing is that every visit, the food will consistently taste the same, so you can expect to have exactly what you love every time!

Always a great meal. Fun for a date, lunch, or bringing out the kiddos.

This place certainly cool tacos and unlimited sauces! I, however, got veggie fajitas and it was the most onions and peppers I have ever had! The taste was good but the proportion to other items was too much

Overall, I gave this place a solid B rating. I was impressed at the number of vegetarian options that they offered. We tried 4-5 of the different options and they were all quite unique in their flavor profiles. I wasn’t in love with any specific one, but the overall food is good and they have plenty of variety. The prices are okay, given that you’re paying about $5 per taco. Easy to get to and the food came out in great time, given how busy it was.

Upscale, fusion tacos – and it was delicious! The Korean BBQ, paneer, and chingon (steak/chorizo) were all great, but I’d definitely come again for the creative fusion concepts. The salsa bar is a nice touch as well.

Taco Maya has a large selection of specialty tacos as well as the standard Mexican food offerings. Some options contain pineapple and for me it was a bit overpowering, but everything else was very flavorful and could taste the other ingredients. This is a good place to chill also for a late night bite.

I love this place for the shrimp taco and chicken taco.. it is so delicious and worth for the price. The restaurant is decent size and not too small. It is good for a friends get together and spend some family time together. The shrimp fajitas was tasty. Not much wait time.

My first time here & my first Taco Maya experience. My visit began with a warm greeting. My confusion must have showed, because the friendly staff explained the amazing variety of tacos here, including fusion dishes such as Korean beef with jalapeño onions mix and falafel with chipotle hummus. I played if safe with a lengua taco that was out of this world with a generous portion of tender, flavorful lengua. A steaming platter , including seasoned chips and warm house salsa arrived promptly, with a smile. I took an extra trip to the horchata fountain, which is between the soda fountain and the salsa bar which has temperatures from mild to fierce. They offered me more chips and house salsa, which I accepted joyfully. So glad I saved a little room for the flan, which was fresh and served at the perfect temperature, cool but not so cold that the flavors are lost. The dining area is comfortable and spacious, with some of my neighbors settling in to read and work on their tablets, which is comfortable as the background music is just that, part of the background, not the center of attention as I have sometimes found in less enjoyable restaurants.

Regrettably this is the lowest rating I have given out for any dine in experience.
