Excellent soup. Don’t take your leftovers home though. I purchased a large container of lobster bisque hoping to have another lunch the following day. In store the consistency was thick and creamy with chunks of lobster. The next day the consistency when reheated was like water. Disappointed.

Shorter version of the story….I had an enormous kidney stone that I didn’t pass for 5 days. On day 4, I had an appt with a urologist. Since I hadn’t eaten in 4 days, I just wanted soup and MAYBE a sandwich. We stopped at Zoup on the way home. The girl behind the counter is super cranky and rushy, I’m on a tiny dose of pain killers so I’m struggling to figure out what I want. I finally order the pick 2 – soup and 1/2 sandwich and hubby orders a soup and sandwich….$45 dollars!!! The chicken pot pie soup had enough salt in it to kill a slug and the sandwich was meh! We should have driven the extra 5 minutes to Panera, never had a bad meal there ever and never paid as much. I give 3 stars because of the gentleman behind the counter. He was nice and very friendly.

Friendly staff and a good find. The restaurant is clean and the food is tasty. A bit pricey for two at $37 for salad, half sandwich a drink and full sandwich, soup and a drink. I might come back if I’m in the area.

Approached Zoup worker behind the counter with feedback about the cheddar broccoli soup that was very very thick and I didn’t care for the soup. He rolled his eyes and reluctantly said ‘do you want a different soup?’ He was not pleasant and seemed very annoyed about my feedback about the soup. I do not plan to return to this restaurant with a worker with his attitude. Very disappointed with the restaurant.
