Poor service, I wish I could understand their terrible english, there wasn’t any menu on display unless I asked for one, takes too long when there was no one there when I 1st arrived there. Prices are fair, but placing their junk near the tables ruins the clean atmosphere.

Horrible customer service,delivery driver gave me the wrong food so when I call back the store to let them know about my order he kept repeating my order and ignoring me on the phone and hung up on me ,he also mentioned what you want me to do make the whole order again .so I completely stood with a food I didn’t order and they never even tried to fix the problem what so ever .This is the worst of the worst and so rude .

I live 5 min away from royals.i ordered barbecue wings and fries and 2 liter.i ordered at 7:10pm I’m still waiting it’s 8:28pm as I write this. They volunteered them selves to a tip.also the place is rat infested you can check for yourself. Do yourself and your kids a favor and don’t order from here .you’ll thank me in the end.
