This is what $14 chicken fingers gets you… Obsurd, super small, thick breading. Tasted and quantity felt more like a $4 fast food menu item. Service was good though. Fun people watching if you sit in the airport “sidewalk”.

No-one expects much of an airport restaurant but the Corona Beach House disappoints even on those terms. My server was friendly enough but the food was awful. Buffalo wings appeared with unattractive blobs of brown something on them and hadn’t spent enough time being reheated in the microwave; they were lukewarm. The ‘New York Strip’ wasn’t a New York Strip. It was paper thin (think flank steak) and inedible gristle ran down both sides and the middle. I asked for it rare (stupidly) and it arrived medium. I had to add mustard and salt to both the steak and mash to make any of it taste of something. After 2 draft Sam Adams, automatic tip of 18%, city tax and state tax, the bill was $81, roughly twice what it was worth. And then the payment machine invited me to pay a tip, the customer having to press ‘None’ despite having paid 18% tip already, to complete payment.

The price of beer is not shown on the menu, we ordered food and at the end when we were presented with the bill we had the payment amount and 18% gratuity, without any problem we would have accepted to leave a tip, but unfortunately it was NOT written anywhere that the bill includes by default 18% gratuity/tips. We refused to leave a tip and implicitly they kicked us out of the restaurant!

Buyer beware… a draft beer is $15. Order anything else unless that doesn’t bother you. Food prices are fair, especially for an airport. When you’re stuck in Miami international, there are limited choices. Eat here but beware of the draft beer prices that aren’t posted on the menu

It took them 40 minutes to remake me food without toppings and told me next time I’ll have to pay for two the order they have to correct. Never had nachos baked until burnt, chicken was dry af. Chips were super hard.
