If you hate your job so bad that you dont even talk. Then just quit. We all started somewhere, no need to have a negative attitude. I felt hostility from the guy at the drive thru and i literally didnt even act rude at all, i was trying to be nice. Why is there never any customer service etiquette here? If done fast food a lot in my past, its easier to just be friendly to everyone than to be rude, being rude takes effort.

This is one of the worst fast food places I’ve ate at. Do not recommend at all. Maybe it’s just the night shift , but I will not be going back. Tacos were disguising couldn’t even eat over 2 bites. The presentation of the food wasn’t even the best but the taste … terrible !

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food place tonight the line for the drive through was super long so I decided to go in with a couple friends we all ordered through the kiosk they paid with a card and I chose the cash option they had on there my friends all got their food after 10 minutes then I stood there for another 20 minutes before inquiring about my order I’ve been in the service industry for over 10 years so I get that they were busy but they told me the thing I ordered on doesn’t work for cash so they didn’t have my order even though that was an option and if I wanted to order and pay cash I had to go through the drive through I was even willing to round up and pay exact cash but they wouldn’t do it inside then a random person paid with his card and I paid him cash then waited another 20 minutes for my order and my order ended up being wrong and they pretty much told me they couldn’t do anything about it so I went home after an hour of standing in a “fast food” restaurant with the wrong order I will not be going back here

Ordered three soft shell tacos and what I got was three small, rolled up dough things that looked like spring rolls. There was nothing in side — barely any meat and hardly any lettuce and cheese. Pathetic.
