I visited this Dunking during my trip to smokey over memorial day weekend. So it has been a while, so I do not exactly remember what I ordered. But my order was not well prepared. I took the pictures at that time and they are attached in this review. As one can see, the powder is not mixed well and is just sitting there as a residue (towards the end). Dunkin is making millions of dollars by dishing out poor service.

Couple of rude employees that work the front. I was standing in the lobby waiting for 30+ minutes because they’re quite busy in the morning, which isn’t their fault obviously. The little girl that works behind the counter needs to learn some people skills along with another woman. I wasn’t aware I was being spoken to, until I turned around to see if she was, in fact, speaking to me. I got “whatever” then she walked away. A few visits ago a different woman threw drink tray onto the counter not saying a word after I had asked for one.

Girl at the counter was really rude. Ordered two bagels, 2 coffees and a donut. She put the donut in a box and slammed it down on the counter. Another patron noticed it and said “That was really rude, I would have hit her”. Which kinda made me laugh. The bagels were burnt but coffee was ok.
