I mentioned that the chicken was salty. The response was that they add the flour. Hence, the season was too salty. Than again it was 101 degrees that day. Maybe the salt was a life saver.

I had a wonderful experience here. The girl at the window was so nice! I even appreciated her letting me know she put my sauce and straw in the bag. Food was given to me in a timely manner too. I had the new chicken wraps and they were delicious. A little small, but still good!

A decent place to grab some lunch, employees and restaurant was fine but sadly I cannot recommend the new nuggets from here. KFC tries it’s hand at Chic Fila style nuggets and these were disappointing, kinda stringy but at least edible. The fries were a welcome addition to the meal. I waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes. I placed my order and finally got around to the pick up window. They took my card and after processing my payment, they tell me it will be a 15 minute wait because they didn’t have any original breast. They offered to substitute crispy. I said ok because I couldn’t wait any longer. Then they came back and said they didn’t have that either. Bottom line, 35 minutes trying to get food and ended up with nothing. Worst experience ever in a drive thru. I do not recommend KFC in Lugoff SC
