I realize fast food places have installed kiosks, but if it’s not busy, they should be able to take your order the old-fashioned way. I saw a customer come in, nobody in front of them, and they were told to use the kiosks. The person behind the counter wasn’t doing anything. The customer just walked out. I had ordered on the app, so I was waiting on my order. The girl behind the counter handed me three cups with ice for me to get my own drinks. I didn’t mind doing that, but she wasn’t doing anything, and in reality, I should just be going in to pick up my completed order. Anyway, I start getting my own drinks and the diet Pepsi is out of syrup. I pour it out and ask her to get me a diet Pepsi from the kitchen. She comes back and hands me a cup of ice. I don’t know what part she didn’t understand or if she just didn’t want to help me. I didn’t want to waste any more time, so I just got something else to drink. I know working fast food isn’t a fun job, but it should be a place to learn a good work ethic.

The customers service was horrible. You could tell the girl didn’t like her job and made it where my family and I will not be coming back. Rude and spent well over 30$ and she didn’t wanna give simple water cups, and waited 45 mins.

Taco Bell on a Friday night at 9pm… why not?!?! said everyone in town according to the line in the drive-thru! I decided to park and go inside and order thru the kiosk because I thought it would be quicker… It was NOT! But the best thing about Taco Bell on Friday night is the people working there and the people you meet while waiting on your order. The ladies in the kitchen were doing their absolute BEST and the lady at the drive-thru window was keeping her composure. They kept apologizing for the wait. Amazing since there was only 3 people working on a FRIDAY NIGHT! Taco Bell should be paying these people more as they were doing the job of at least 6 people. GIVE THE GIRLS A RAISE!!!! Pay them what they are worth!

This taco bell is one of the faster ones around, and believe me, I frequent taco bell more than any human should. Best service is when you hit this location right before rushes, like 11:15am, right before 5, etc otherwise you’ll get stuck with a huge wait.

We ordered food for four people 3 crave boxes and 2 cheese quesadillas. First complaint none of the food was marked, so since we ordered different types of the same items we had to open and unfold each burrito to identify our food. The burritos were small with a small amount of unidentifiable stuff inside it was , my burrito Supreme (is the picture included) I didn’t eat it looked like pureed goop. My soft taco had very little goop inside also.

Bathrooms nasty, no clean tables, no soda machine in dine in, rude management. Food quality is greatly worse and to be honest really gross. Doesn’t look like a broom or mop has ever been used. Walls were nasty with sauces. Our dogs even refused to eat it.

This was the worst customer service I’ve experienced in years. I got 3 crave boxes with one drink a piece. From the time I hit pay on my phone to the time I got my food was 35 minutes. It was 7:30 pm and they weren’t very busy so I’m not sure why it took so long. I stood in front of the register for 10-15 minutes before the employees acknowledged my presence and asked what I needed. All the food was thrown into one bag which led to everyone’s chips being spilled everywhere. I assumed they’d bring me my drinks after the food but that wasn’t the case. I stood there for another 5 minutes waiting until I opted to shout behind the counter and ask for my drinks that went with the food fearing it would be another 10-15 minutes before they asked me what I needed. For the 3 drinks I wasn’t given a drink carrier and I almost ended up spilling them. When I got home I discovered that most of my dinner was just a tortilla. There was hardly anything in my tacos. I’m not one to complain but this is unacceptable. I will never go to this location again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else visit here either.

If you’re thinking of going to this taco bell I would recommend to keep on driving the Last time we were there they were completely disrespectful singing, cussing… on the drive throughspeaker when we left and went to our friends house we opened our food to find nothing we had ordered, and it wasn’t like they were busy we were the only ones there, I don’t think they have ever gotten any of our orders right just not the one to go to.

i walked in at 5:15 pm on july 12th we were not greeted and no one looked our way, 5 min passed the girl at the front goes like you have to order at kiosk, ok and we did waited over 20 min and the only thing i have heard is staff arguing over who makes what keep in mind 4 people were inside the resturant thats including me and my buddy and 2 cars at drive thru with 5 people working in the back… also the front counter was disgusting and sticky… for your health sake stay away feom this location…. shame on you taco hell.

Lived 1 min away for the last 7 years. I’ve only gone 4 times and not once have I gotten any food because the fryer is down or some bs reason. Basically they don’t want to work. The manager and regional should be fired for the Google rating alone
