I start by saying that I have never done a review but this time it really deserves it. every time I order from the online site the order that I collect is wrong or something is missing, when I ask for the missing things I have to wait 5 minutes even for a drink even though there is no one in line. if instead I go to order in person they speak Spanish with me and are annoyed when they speak to me. what i am wondering but this place has a maneger has someone checking that everything is going the right way I believe that the manager and the owner do not care about this place. or if you think you are doing your job well, I am sorry to warn you that you do not know how to do it and I would advise you to change jobs
