Crust was yummy, pizza tasted great, but it was so thin I could see the pepperoni through the bottom of the pizza. Regardless it tasted great, just really confused why it was so thin, there was practically nothing on the pizza. I would like to clarify I did not get thin crust, I had gotten the pretzel cheese pizza.

I went into little Caesars today around 12:10pm. I kindly asked for 4 hot and readys and the woman with bright red hair yelled at me telling me it would be 20 minutes to half an hour wait. I said “that’s okay it’s not a big deal I can wait”. She stormed around angrily muttering to herself about how behind they were and was shouting at the other employees and after standing there a few seconds I decided I did not deserve that treatment and I would order elsewhere. I wish I would have gotten her name. I do not write reviews normally, but I felt embarrassed and upset.

If i could give them a zero star i would the “Manager” if you could call her that has a bad attitude a mile long maybe work on your personality as much as your conserned about your appearance with that lame gucci mask. Next time i get a order for little ceasers around here i will be canceling. Also will be reporting you to corporate as well as doordash itself. Work on your customer service because if you treat employees the way you handled me as a customer today then i wouldnt be suprised if people quit on you left and right. Rude! Unfriendly.

Placed a hit and ready order 20 minutes before closing and it is now 10 minutes and still waiting. Ridiculous.. not the first time either I have had to wait more than 15 minutes. Service need to improve tremendously. Very unsatisfied

Ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks today mobile app sat feb 25 2023 ready at 545. Went in and entered the code and said invalid after talking with the person behind the counter they said they gave it away to a door dash driver. They said they would remake the order and it would be 10 minutes. I went back to the vehicle and waited 10 came back in and asked if it was ready the lady yells back did you bump the order and she replied no so now after now waited until 625 to get my order. I asked for extra sauce and they couldn’t even do that. The workers are not friendly and still give away your food with a code

Look at your pizza before you leave , one slice of mushroom , kid say I can add more mushrooms but it will be 8 minutes, I said ok , older woman says do you want to pay while you’re waiting a second time, no I want to see what you did the second time , comes to the counter now from one to 3 slices, I said to t hem I hope you don’t have to file for bankruptcy over the 2 extra slices of mushrooms, stay away from this place

We came for a hot and ready with crazy bread. Got inside and there were two employees up front, neither greeted us and had us stand there awkwardly. The front workers didn’t call for anyone to help us or mention that they weren’t either. Finally had someone ring us up from the back. Got the pizza home and everything is cold and old so not really worth the increase in prices and decrease in service.
