As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I usually don’t rate fast food places but have to this time. The food is always so good and fresh and tonight the young man in the drive through was so sweet! My 8 year old daughter paid from the backseat and got the food and he was just so nice to her and patient. Thank you!!

I went tonight and it was horrible firstly the guy taking our order wouldn’t let us finish talking and seemed to not know how to take an order then he forgot to give us one of our drinks when we ate our food it was terrible the chicken was like eating a sponge the burger was dry the fries were Luke warm at best. I ordered a milkshake and it tasted like they used sour milk honestly. Just overall it was a terrible experience. I was there a few weeks back and had a similar experience but I assumed it was a one off everyone is allowed a bad day here and there but I won’t be back to this location after this.

I’m extremely disappointed with this location! If recipe items change in any way customers should be alarmed! Most importantly if customers are not satisfied employees (specifically management) should do what ever in their power to correct the situation. Due to leaving my wallet at home I had to scrape up $2 In my car. Had I known the “NEW” chicken bites were that disgusting I would’ve just thew my money in the trash rather than purchasing those. it would have been nice to have something decent to eat for lunch , but now here I am starving until I clock out bc I REFUSE to eat that garbage, and the manager refused to offer me something else!
