Tried to place an order at 8:30 tonight in the drive through and was told that they weren’t taking any orders except mobile orders. I could maybe understand if they were busy. But the place was dead. Couldn’t have been any deader if they were having a funeral. There were no cars in the parking lot, no one but us in the drive through, and next to no one inside, except the employees who were just kind of hanging out. And I definitely didn’t see a mad rush of people picking up mobile orders, lol. Every time I come here, this place has sunk to a new low. If you’re not going to serve your customers, just how exactly do you plan on staying in business? Because I just see a bunch of people on the clock getting paid and doing next to nothing to earn it. Whoever owns this location better wake up before these “employees” cause you to have to shut down. Business isn’t exactly booming for you now as it is. Just a suggestion.

This location advertised that it’s open 24 hours. I went there a little after 1:00a and waited in the drive thru for about 10 minutes. When I pulled up to order, I was told, “I can’t do anything for you.” I asked what that means, and he repeated himself and added, “Have a good evening.” Was it too much for me to ask what that means. Is your system down? Are you out of food? Are you short staffed? I wasted my valuable time and felt disrespected. That was very unprofessional.

This is the second time in two days to order from here. Yesterday they said they were closed, today it was we aren’t taking orders. Like how are they operating when you aren’t taking orders or closed. Multiple employees inside and a person in street clothes with doors locked. Do better because I’ve worked fast food and something ain’t right here.

If I could give a negative star I would. Second time this has happened where we went through drive through and they aren’t taking any orders. Just mobile orders or door dash. Employee was rude and said she just got there and had to make the lettuce, tomato’s, and what not. Like why have 24 hours drive through service but not service you? This is ridiculous! Would not recommend going there.

Burger King on South Military Highway near Battlefield. Drive thru not taking orders. Only two workers in uniform, no manager in sight. So unprofessional. Watched people…dont know if they were workers or not with A shirts (wifebeaters) snf hair bonnets on just walk behind the counter and bag up items and back to the freezer area. I didnt want my food after seeing that. No ice in machines. However i waited 20 minutes for a whoppee combo. Havet eaten food yet, just wanted to get that off my chest. Will update.

If you have 30 mins to waste in drive through due to no one schedule, you’ve picked the right place. Broken equipment, sign says to drive to window to place order. Only saw 3 workers inside actually working. Lady was nice at the window though, doing the best she can.

I’ve come here for lunch before and the food was prepared so carelessly. Everything was soggy and greasy. Another thing, the drive thru is supposed to be open 24 hours, right? This time, I figured I’d stop by because it’s the only place that’s “open” near my job at the hour. Why did I pull up at 5 a.m. with very little time to spare before work, to be told that they’re only accepting mobile orders and door dash? Just lazy. Stop advertising a 24 hour drive thru if you can’t accommodate. Now I have to go to work hungry.

This is literally thee most rundown, ghetto, ratchet Burger King in Chesapeake and probably the 7 cities area at that, everything from the horrible service from the employees there, to the long inexplicable wait times, to the vulger language the workers were using to each other and the customers. The building is in dire need of a facelift, remodel it’s outdated. They often don’t have items like the whoppers or original chicken sandwiches. Bottom line people if you can avoid this Burger King at all cost

Worst Burger King i every visit, food always wrong, poor customer services, food wasnt hot, bread was stale, chees stick was hard/cold. The only thing was good was the soda. Corporation need to shut this location down. Server in the back didnt have on a hat nor food net. This location wasnt clean. Got in line with one car at window and 2 Infront of me at speaker…it was 17 minutes before they took my order and still had to wait about 6 minutes to get my food. They were polite and apologetic. Don’t get it twisted, it is not fast food. I know all about COVID and staffing issues. I feel for the employees there. I know they deal with a lot of angry folk from waiting so long. People inside didn’t get their food any faster.
