I loves this pizza restaurant, I ordered Hawaiian pizza the Dough is super delicious. Clean place, but you have to order it in advance if you don’t want to wait to much for your pizza, order it by phone and pick it up or eat in the restaurant.

Went to this place once. Got asked if we had a reservation. We did not. The counter gal said she would see if the “chef” could accommodate us. There was absolutely NO ONE in the restaurant. She spoke to the guy in the kitchen, and he agreed to make a pie for us.

My husband and I do a ton of traveling around the United States. So our first night in grass valley we wanted to get pizza and tried this place and it really really impressed us. Hands down the best pizza we have ever had. We love the crunch of the crust and the sauce. The flavor is beyond delicious. I don’t know what they do different then any other place but this is a must try. And so far our favorite is the miners combo. Best pizza place.

Great family run restaurant. Excellent service. Tasty pizza, crunchy crust on the outside but still soft in the middle. Just the right amount of sauce, cheese and pepperoni. My son and I ate at the restaurant. It looked like they were doing a lot of take out business. I highly recommend Frank’s pizza.

A hole in the wall diner for Grass Valley. We had the pesto margarita pizza which was pretty blah…barely any pesto so mostly bread with some tomatoes baked in the oven. Had a bottled beer because they were out of dark beer on tap. Staff was super nice, though, so it felt like an old fashioned diner. If this is your bauve then you’ll probably return again and again. Glad I went but probably won’t be back.

After a long day mtbing up in Tahoe, this place really hit the spot. I was very hungry but this pizza was also very good, and definitely not stingy on the toppings. We had got it to go, and my shirt looked like a 2 year olds bib. If that says how good it was!

Franks Pizza is by far the Best Pizza in Nevada County! Consistancy with toppings and crust in an original to Franks flavor. Service is always friendly and on point. Family biz that sends out a family friendly vibe.

Grew up in Grass valley and Frank’s has had the best pizza in town ever since I can remember. Their sausage is hands down my favorite, never had sausage like it anywhere else. Salads are hefty and filling, the wings and mozzarella sticks are tasty. We live in different state now, but Frank’s will always be on our list of places to visit when we come back!
