What’s the point of ordering ahead on the app/online if they will make you wait after you were supposed to pick up? Ordered at 5:30pm pick up was supposed to be between 5:54pm-5:59pm and it hasn’t even been put in the oven. Seems to me like they like to prioritize walk ins more than online orders.

S. Sanborn sucks because they were charging me for the classic meal deal but gave me the prestel combo which was cheaper but I wanted one without the prestel crust and laurel was very fast and accurate on my order and didn’t rip me off my money or pretended to be the owner and not give me back my money like S. Sanborn did! So this little Caesars I do recommend I’m very grateful thank you! For actually getting it right unlike some other little Caesars like S. Sanborn! Thanks

My pizza was wrong. When I took it back. The old lady “manager” was rude did not want to make a new pizza with the correct toppings. She said “too bad I can not do any thing about it. ” When I asked her for a refund because she was not going to fix my pizza she said “no too bad for you” I was extremely confused as to why she didn’t want to do neither. I had order online with toping that I paid extra for and she did not give me my money back she then grabbed a “hot and ready” and threw it at me. I had paid for extra toppings on my pizza and she could care less! She should not be a manager at all! She is extremely unprofessional extremely rude has no manner does not know anything about customer service!

The little ceasars employee that looks like a off brand Cameron Boyce should be doing his job instead of talking to people in the back while the pizza sits in the oven over 5 minutes making people wait. I would avoid this place late night , the hot and ready pizza are never ready.

I would give this place a lower review if I could. Based solely on the experience of 1 single employee covering the front on 11/24 at 7 pm. Some of the poorest customer service I have had. He’s wasting your time while the rest of your team is busting their hind ends. I was waiting outside in the cols for 20 minutes because he’s too lazy to look into the cases and call out customer names? I would have fired him on the spot for his attitude with a customer alone. Add on the lazy ineptitude would make the decision even easier. He needs to be trained to sweep and clean the store for a couple of months and be humbled. Having a job is a blessing! Treat it like one and every person that pays for your goods, which supports the business and brand that pays you! I bet they don’t teach that in our inferior educational system.
