This restaurant is very pleasant. The people are nice. And the food is amazing. Everything was so fresh and they treated my guest and I like we mattered most. The turkey burger was delicious. With steak sauce on top. I will definetly be returning. You have a satisfied customer forever. Everything was fresh and I was a little bit indecisive at first but the cashier was patient and helped me pick out my toppings. My new favorite burger place.

First time trying it and the food was so delicious. Got the burger on pretzel bun with corn cob, perfect! The staff was friendly, welcoming, very patient with children and fast. I would definitely recommend it to anyone! Just all around great experience. Would come back again and more then once.

Burgers are simply amazing. Burgers cooked perfect an the amount of toppings is mind blowing. My family an I decided to try this place out because we wanted something new an we love burgers. The manager Ronald was such a great help an so knowledgeable. He walked us threw the whole experience of picking the type of meat we wanted an the placing of the toppings to explaining the “garlic mayo” sauce which is a must have. I will defiantly return.

I love BOTH locations. I’ve always received the best service. If anyone leaving a negative review is not satisfied, I suggest going back in and I am positive they will do their best to make your experience enjoyable. As far as price, the burgers itself are priced reasonably. They only add on extra bucks for EXTRA toppings. I refer all my family and friends when they’re looking for a GREAT burger 🙂

I had the crab burger with shrimp and lobster with some onion rings it wasn’t worth $19. Don’t get me wrong it was good but my bun was toasted so hard I couldn’t enjoy it. It was a young lady making runs to the store for change she only said something to one race and never asked the other race anything. She rushed the cook to get there orders ready the rest of the staff was wonderful. I’ll try them one more time and the was Garden City.

Great service…The manager went out of his way to provide us with a great visit…He even went to the store and got honey for us for our sweet potato fries. The food was good, burger was cooked just right, which is very rare because most places don’t have cooks that know how to cook a burger to the temperature that it is ordered. .. good first visit and will definitely be coming back. ..

The food was good. But the menu is on the wall near the cashier so indecisive people tend to slow things down a lot, even when they’re not busy. You give your order and they give you a little buzzer. I didn’t get one until I asked. The lady’s ahead of me went off, and she watched a few people get their food. When she asked where hers was, she was told it wasn’t ready yet. The cashier had to keep leaving the line to talk to the cooks, the serving people kept getting confused about ticket orders… The whole experience just wasn’t very smooth for anyone. The employees are really nice, the food is really good, but the process needs some work.

The staff is friendly and eager to serve you! Portions are well worth the price! I had the Vegan burger and onions rings. I must say that the onions rings were the best I ever had! The vegan burger was the bomb! I have seen many restaurants in this location over my 10 years living in Garden City, Michigan. I hope your establishment is here to STAY! I WILL BE VISITING THE GARDEN CITY GREAT LAKES BURGER BAR AGAIN AND AGAIN!
