I get tired of going there around 4 pm @ the 665 Chipotle & see a bunch of kids managing the restaurant. Several times there is no fajita available (as was today) & the kid wanted to serve me brownish guacamole. I had to insist on getting fresh guacamole, which he appeared to be annoyed. The counter where they were assembling my food had pieces of leftover food from previous orders.

Burrito wrapped too sloppy sour cream all over the outside and leaking out the ends when i tried to eat it, all lemonade type drinks empty, almost out of pinto beans and instead of refilling it then serving me just gave me a less than half the normal size spoon of beans.

Worst Chipotle EVER! Always out of product even though they’re supposed to be open for another hour and a half. Employees standing around doing nothing or talking to their friends that come in and say hi and to get free food. Employees standing around gossiping and drinking Starbucks drinks by the register while customers are waiting to be served. Then if you ask what the hold up is the young kids run their mouth and give dirty looks to the customers in line. I will NEVER return to this location again. Probably not a single Chipotle ever again either. The Stringtown location is not much better. 665 is HORRIBLE! TERRIBLE management and even worse RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL kids working there! 0 or negative Stars if I could.

Ordered a burrito from here on a online order pickup. The same burrito I have ordered every time I have came here for years. It’s was so damn spicy this time I couldn’t even eat it. And I really like spicy food. My friends burrito was the same way. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will definitely not be coming back to this location. Yall think you guys are funny huh?

Takes a lot to make me leave a bad review for a road trip Chipotle stop, but here we are. Tasted like Aldi brand canned food. Guac, cheese, and chicken were okay, but everything else tasted watery and bland. Veggies and beans were mournful, just soggy and sad. Service was slow, employees were nice but just not in a hurry to do anything. Dirty. Every surface was dirty, lid dispensers, countertops, bathroom, tables. Trash cans missing outside. Even the paper bowls fell apart from being soggy.

First off, we stood in line for 20 minutes while they made online orders in front of us. A long line formed behind us. Then when they finally took the people in the stores order, they told us they were all out of beans, half the meats, and lettuce. They used all their ingredients on the online orders. The store didn’t close for another hour and 15 minutes so the fact they were out of all those ingredients is a bit ridiculous. The chef was cleaning everything up so clearly there were no new ingredients being made. They didn’t give any discount or anything to make up for the lack of core ingredients. The staff wasn’t really friendly and were blaring music in the kitchen. Horrible experience will not return to this chipotle location.
