Bojangles began in 1977 and saw an opportunity to develop a quick-service restaurant chain based on three attributes: a distinctive flavor profile; wholesome, high-quality products made from scratch; and a fun, festive restaurant design with fast, friendly service. Bojangles core menu is: distinctive, flavorful chicken made with a special blend of seasonings and served with hot, fresh buttermilk biscuits and one-of-a-kind fixin’s like Bojangles Dirty Rice and Bojangles Cajun Pintos. Bojangles light, buttery, made-from-scratch biscuits serve as the basis for the best breakfast in the industry.

I asked for a light steak and cheese biscuit and it was a dark biscuit and the steak was hard like it had been sitting there for a long time. The employees are just rude and have no manners. I had to feed the top of my biscuit to my dogs because it was dark and very flat so I couldn’t peel off the top layer. I worked for Bojangles for 5 years and that biscuit was not made the Bojangles way

I have only been on Sunday mornings. Have been three times and three times left happy with my visit. The young ladies taking orders and bringing food have been very pleasant, friendly and respectful. A seemingly uncommon trait for fast food employees lately. Everything I’ve ordered was hot, fresh , and promptly brought out. Hoping the quality of service continues!

Today was opening day! Typically at any opening days there are long wait times and the food is not always the best. But this opening day was absolutely phenomenal. Service was exceptional and food was delicious! Thank you for giving out Town the opportunity to support you!

If I could have given it a zero I would have. I went about 2 weeks after the grand opening. They didn’t have the food items as they were on the on line menu. But I decided to order anyway. I ordered a tailgating family pack which was NOT the price as advertised. And I also ordered a sausage gravy biscuit which had barely any sausage in it and very little gravy. The wait time after ordering was ridiculous! We waited for about 20 minutes for our order. All in all, this was not a good restaurant and the food was not good either. I will never go there again! I was totally dissatisfied!

You don’t have to worry about anything being undercooked, that’s for sure. I’ve been giving the fries to the dog, they last longer than bones, and I used a chicken tender to replace a motor mount last week.

dont go here if you ever want to get a family meal. I Tried to get food from this location twice and both times they were out of chicken and I was told it would be a 30 min or more wait. The 2nd time, they told me it would be around 12 minutes and i said that is fine, I’ll wait. When i finally got to the window to pay, a lady tells me it’s going to be longer around 30+ minutes. This seems to be a bojangles issue at most local locations. How is a fast food chicken joint, always out of chicken?

Have been here three times already, the tea is not Bojangles signature tea. All three times that I went for tea was pure water with no taste. I was so disappointed. One of the times that I went I ordered the chicken strips, and the chicken strips are pictured on the menu is huge and they charge this big huge price for them yet when we got them that the strips were 4 inches long and 2 inches wide. Williamston. It’s a small town, and word it gets around quickly, they better watch out or they will be out of business just like so many other restaurants in this town.

Check your change before you leave if you pay with cash. I didn’t realize until I got to work that they had given the wrong change and owed me money. I went back this morning and told them about it and they said there’s no way because the drawer was accurate. My total for 6 boberry biscuits was $8.16 so I gave them $20 and 16 cents. The change I got was $7 when it should have been $12. That was for a coworker so I ended up having to give them the missing $5 out of my own money. They made no effort to correct their wrong. Every other experience I’ve had at this bojangles has been amazing, so this just really threw me off this morning. This may be petty over just $5 but it was the way it was handled for me.

Let’s see … They got the order wrong as well as the drinks. The manager had a repulsive attitude and demeanor. One positive thing they could use the fries to fill in the potholes on the roads as they were as hard as concrete/ asphalt. But other than that stay away! Little Caesar’s is right down the road.
