Employees had bad attitude and the online order after practically having to beg for it after they told me to go to another location even though I had proof that I had ordered it there, after I got it the order was not made the way I ordered it. They had plenty employees I think I counted five or six and I was the only one in line. Just typical of the day and we all accept it. That’s why the businesses keep thriving, because we accept, me included, less than what we pay for. In other words we settle!!!

Horrible customer service! Evidently they started closing an hour early. They let me wait for 10 minutes at the drive thru before they told me they were closed. No worries tho! Chick-fil-A to the rescue!

Extremely busy because the only other Zaxby’s in town on Broad St. is closed for renovations. Drive through line was all the way out into traffic on McCray’s Mill. Service was expedient and friendly considering the volume of business and food quality was satisfactory with piping hot meals. The dining room was serene, with a nostalgic atmosphere and was pleasant for a couple to enjoy a meal together. Received our meal in approximately 5 minutes without having to place an order prior to our arrival.

Against my better judgement, I drove up for a spicy chicken sandwich. Let me tell you for $6.00, “that” was the hardest and the dryest chicken sandwich I ever had. I could have broken a window with it. Zaxby’s, you need to do a whole lot better. No wonder why you were on my never again list. NEVER AGAIN

This particular Zaxby’s the food is good obviously but everytime we come here the drive thru line is out into traffic I’m the road.. also they usually forget something from our meal like an extra box of fries or our drinks we paid for.
