The way this place does business is terrible. The lounge upstairs is nice. However, the bartender cannot provide you with a menu, nor put in your order. You have to walk downstairs, wait in line, place your order which is charged in a separate transaction. When I politely pointed out that this system made for a poor customer experience the staff was very condescending. Yet, they will bring your order upstairs? I don’t get it. If the lounge could place orders for its customers and put everything on one tab I would rate this place much better

Our family if 4 shared the Whole chicken meal and it was perfect! The chicken tasted yummy, the mac was hot and cheesy and the beans had good flavor with a kick! The pineapple habanero sauce was so, so good! We did 2 flights of beers and the winner was the Peaches and Cream Ale by far. We would go back if we lived in Montana!

Stopped here twice on my way through town on cross country trips. A little thrown off when I walked through the front door because it doesn’t look like the pictures posted of the tap room. Stepped upstairs and wow! What a great feeling space. Everything is right in my book. Lighting, music, room decor, and service are all spot on and just make you want to relax for a bit longer. To top it off, the beer selection is really good and diverse.

I’ve been here a few times and had wonderful experiences. This was my first time in over a year and the bartenders were awfully rude and put off the vibe like they hated their jobs. We went Monday, I think it was a trivia night, and wanted to grab a quick beer before picking up our dinner down below to bring home. The food was spectacular but the bartenders truly made our pub experience terrible. We must had been standing at the bar for 12-15 minutes as 2 bartenders just kept walking by us and wouldn’t even look at us or greet us. Meanwhile one of the three bartenders are chatting casually to the couple beside us about tattoos for a while… We were sitting there without having had any service yet and were baffled at their behavior. We finally got a beer from one of them chewing some food. But their poor service truly made us just want to get out of there as soon as possible. We felt like we were in the way, not welcome and as if we did something wrong. Of course we couldn’t get their attention to pay so we just left some cash on the bar. It’s too bad because they used to have the nicest bartenders. Next time we will just pick up food and get out of there.

The food is mediocre. I do not drink so I cannot comment on the beer. I can comment on the service. I was personally told last week that the front door stays open till nine, and the kitchen(this is also written on their front door and their website). I just stopped by at 8:52 and was locked out. They finally open the door but said I could only go upstairs and get beer. I even told them all I wanted was ice cream. This is prepackaged Genuine ice cream that just needs to be rung up. Apparently they’d already cleared out the till. Thank you for the poor customer service, thank you for forcing me to drive into town and pay less for my ice cream, you do no good to our neighborhood if you’re not gonna provide a service, I probably will not return for your mediocre chicken.
