I was surprised not to see more people here. The food is great! It isn’t your run of the mill pizzeria with the cardboard crust. The dough is great! They have cane sugar sodas on tap that, in my opinion, were better than the name brand. The boneless hot wings were delicious, really enjoyed the sauce they used.Loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. Will be coming back again soon to try their gelato!

I’m giving 4 stars because the serve was GREAT. The lady at the counter was fantastic. I wasn’t a huge fan of this pizza but my daughter loved it. I wasn’t a fan of the fountain drinks either. They have the real sugar soda (not real coke, Dr Pepper, sprite) I wasn’t a huge fan of that either. I did end up ordering a salad and it was fantastic and it came with delicious bread. If I do go back I might try one of the pastas.

I have eaten at the one Downtown so I was excited to learn this was close by. Food was great, wished this location had the hammocks and swings like downtown. I highly recommend folks giving this place a try. Highly recommended over the other pizza locations in the area.

I recently placed a catering order and was impressed how well the Luigi’s staff communicated with me about my order days in advance. There were no surprises and my food was ready on time. I know the staff had to come in earlier to accommodate my order and I appreciate their dedication to their craft. The food is outstanding – fresh and authentic. You will not be disappointed.

Crust is decent. I ordered a 16″ veggie pizza and had to wonder if I had ordered a cheese pizza since the toppings seem non existent. Cheese (and missing veggies) ended 3-4″ from the edge of the pizza. More like glorified bread stick. I also ordered 8 piece BBQ buffalo wings and only received drumlets (no other part of the wing) and wondered if they were drumsticks. Must have come from GMO beast of a chicken. Not worth the $35.

The absolute WORSE customer service. I placed an order and was told I called the wrong location. The lady at the register had an extremely nasty attitude along with a nasty work outfit. (I should have known) I waiting over 20 minutes for my order and finally asked to just refund it. Mean while a couple that came in after me was hand delivered their food and still no communication on how long mine would take. When I asked for a refund she again with a nasty attitude said “oh it will be another 3-4 minutes”. I finally told her I did not want the food and that she had an extremely nasty attitude. She agin wanted to argue. I asked for her manager. She advised me she was the GM (wow) and sent me to another location on HWY 3 that has absolutely no affiliation with this location. I
