We enjoyed late dinner here just before shopping at Walmart. The restaurant was clean and servers were friendly. Food was good – not overly seasoned and meat was cooked well. We will come back here again.

Had a quick little dinner here while passing through Boone. Our waiter was very attentive and the food was excellent, especially for it being in a strip mall location. Prices were very reasonable as well. 5/5 stars! ☺️

I tell you what, this is one dirty place. The bathrooms are worse than I have seen in some 3rd world countries. Poop on the walls and trashcan. Overall the restaurant is dirty and not taken care of. Workers and kitchen staff do not look very clean. The food is not very good and surprised they are even surviving. Save your time and money.

Food is AMAZING, prices are great,servers very friendly and will ask if you need anything multiple times but it feels like they rush you to hurry and eat and get out.. the last 2 times I’ve been there. Maybe I’ll order and bring it home next time so I won’t be in their way.

My husband and I ate lunch at Hokkaido for the first time. My husband had hibachi steak & chicken and I had hibachi chicken. The salad, meats, vegetables and rice were all delicious and very nice portions. We were impressed by how tender the meats were. Our server was very nice and attentive. We will definitely be back.
