This Jack in the Box is hit or miss. I visit here often for lunch while at work and sometimes the tacos are awesome like they should be but about half the time you get something less than desired. The other day I got tacos and most of them were half filled at best. And if you order multiple tacos (I ordered 8 on this day) make sure you check how many hot sauce packets they give you at the drive thru. I didn’t and even though I got 8 tacos, I only was given 3 saucr packets. I would hope for at least one per taco but mostly I don’t want to pay for a taco and only get half of one. Kitchen needs to do better! They are rushing these too much and not caring enough about how they make the food. I remember you used to go to jack in the box and everything would be fresh and that’s why the line took so long, now you get through the line faster but the food seems like it was made a half hour ago sometimes.

I went this morning for breakfast and order three combos number 26 and the guy that was taking my order told me they run out hash browns,he said im sorry I can give you something else instead! I said ok I like curly fries and he said fine, when I looked at the amount I was going to pay he was charging and additional dollar for each order! And I asked why? He said because is not my fault that we run out hash browns! I said let me talk to your manager and he said in a rude mode I’m the manager so when I get to the window he said if I still want the order and I said of course but I’m not paying for additional dollar when is your fault of not having the hash browns then I told pedro the manager fine take it off I not paying for the curly fries he said ok and I still got charged for 3 combos number 26 and didn’t get my hash browns neither the curly fries!!! I came in with my kids to order food tacos were stale had a weird flavor barely any meat in them. About 2 hours after we began to get sick excruciating stomach aches. Vomiting. Diarrhea. Pale clammy skin. FOOD POISONING. We took pepto bismol and nothing helped or worked ruined our whole evening, couldn’t even drive because of the strong stomach pains. I requested a refund from the manager he gave the number to regional manager. The regional manager never answered my calls. I will be calling the health dept nothing is being done to rectify this matter and we don’t appreciate getting sick it was traumatic getting sick. Vomiting. Weaknes, diarrhea. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! They selling old food! And reheating it!

This is HANDS DOWN the BEST jack in box I’ve been to. Everyone I have gone to is so down hill and they always get my order wrong.
