Whoever is completing the grubhub orders is hilarious. I placed an order on grubhub this morning for a steak bowl, and a chicken burrito, and guess what that’s exactly what they sent. Steak only in a bowl and chicken wrapped in a tortilla. Grubhub doesn’t allow you to select toppings but the description clearly states what comes in/on both. I hope you all enjoyed your laugh at the customers expense. It’s the lack of common sense and customer service for me.

I order uberEats through them. THEY ALWAYS GET MY ORDER WRONG!!! Today I ordered a burrito bowl with Barbacoa. Ive never had so little meat! It was really scarce. Most bites had nothing but rice, salsa and veggies. I had to look for meat. Also did not get my chips. I think Ive had enough of this place.

This has got to be the most poorly run Chipotle in the US. The restaurant is in a great location full of nice well run restaurants but not them. Like many said always out of something don’t seem care and overall really need a manager to give some direction the staff is lost and clearly don’t want to be there. If you go bring you patience and keep your expectations low.

This might be the worst Chipotle location in Baltimore. Poor service, cold food, and they mess up your order every time. It’s almost like they didn’t even look at the ticket and just made the bowl at random. Don’t waste your time at this location.

this location charged me for the wrong thing had to go back and get it fixed, then while my husband and i were eating inside 3 other people came back complaining how they were overcharged and was missing food. when we arrived there was only 3 people in front of us and it took over 20 minutes to get to the front. the rice was very over cooked and was to hard to eat, the cashier was lost and began to become involved in our personal conversation which made me feel uncomfortable enough to leave. this location seems as if they genuinely could care less and will give you a basically empty bowl.

This chipotle sucks. They’re always out of something, be it guac or sour cream, and the person who orders for them has done nothing to change the quantity of avocados, etc. over the many years I’ve lived near here. Not to mention this location is severely understaffed each time I go. I feel bad for the staff at this location. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other location in the area.
