This place was so good a while ago. Lately, it’s been going down hill fast. My neighbors have placed orders that get canceled for no reason (2 separate times). I placed an order on the app and after 30 min of “pizza is being prepped” I called the store and they said it would take another 30-45 min. Who makes pizza that takes an hour to an hour and 15 min???

This domino’s has really gone downhill over the past few months. The owner needs to staff this place right and train the workers that are there. There was 1 person working and was so inefficient at what he was doing. He would prep 1 order then just wait around for it to be out of the oven before prepping any more orders. My estimated pickup time was 23 minutes. After an hour of waiting I canceled my order and went somewhere else. This isn’t the first time this has happened here but it’s now the last. I’ll go to Papa Johns over this domino’s now.

We ordered a pizza for pickup and noticed it was taking a while on the tracker – Laura was the only person working the kitchen on 4th of July weekend and they were slammed, but she was working so hard and was very communicative and helpful getting our pizza out as quick as possible. We really appreciated it and the pizza was worth the wait!

Very poor customer service, I order pizza when I went to pick up my food , I again added wings , they told me it will take 10 min and I waited for 30 min ,my wings didn’t show up. When I checked with the server there she don’t find my order and she don’t know how to handle the situation. I left there without wings and ask them to cancel the order . They are telling me I need to wait till tomorrow to resolve this issue.when I can back home opened my pizza they forget to make them into slices.they need to more professional…

Do not order from here. I’ve had my order canceled twice on separate occasions and they told me it was because they were closed.. it was barely 10pm. My fiancé called to see why they were saying they were closed and they let us place an order over the phone. Just to cancel it, AGAIN. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
