I sat in front of the order box without anyone communicating with me. I had already placed the order on my phone so I went up to the window and told them I had an order. She gave me a very sarcastic comment and said I had “to confirm my order back at the box”. Upon telling her I already had stopped back there without anyone waiting on me, she again, very sarcastically said “well I don’t know”. So I drove around the whole dunkin again to go through and finally got to the window in which I heard all three of them laughing. Which yeah, may not have been directed at me but it was extremely unprofessional.

Morning shift is an awesome group of workers you get in you’re acknowledged you order, all is good to go 5 minutes. the later afternoon shift I walked out, I stood there for probably 5 minutes wasn’t even acknowledged not once. I watched 12 cars go through the drive-thru also waiting was a pickup order that was ordered 20 minutes prior to her being there and on her way to work and she was not satisfied either having to stand there and wait to be even acknowledged. Only reason I am giving the dunkin of Newberry a four-star over all review is because of the morning crew

We went through the drive through with a mobile order and for some reason one of our coffees didn’t get added to the order. When we got to the window and there was no coffee that came out we asked what happened they said there was no coffee on the order. We said oh ok could we just buy it now please, they proceeded to tell us that they can’t check us out at the window and we would have to go all the way back around and wait in line again to order through the speaker. Not at the window (not sure why that’s any different) they said that it was company wide policy. we questioned why we couldn’t just do it there when we’ve had to do it before and it wasn’t an issue at other Dunkin’s. The lady working the window rolled her eyes and went to get the manager. The manager came back to the window yelling that we needed to leave and come inside if we wanted to order anything. I would not go to this Dunkin.

Newberry is the worst Dunkin… every time we go there our food is always burnt. It sucks because they are the closest to us, but from now on we will be traveling to South Williamsport.

On Saturday morning around 11:45 I ordered a drink and sandwich. As the girl making the food in a pink knitted hat and black jacket was preparing food she was wearing gloves but kept touching her hair and face while preparing food. Everyone had there hair up but her. Manager was there guess he didn’t care. Maybe that not policy to where your hair up. I will never go there again. The place looked grunge.

Clean, with friendly service and standard Dunkin Donuts fare. They only had a changing table in the women’s single-stall bathroom, not in the men’s, which meant my husband wasn’t able to change our son. This is an easily fixable problem, either by installing another changing table or by making both bathrooms unisex since they are single stall anyway.
