I have frequented this location since working in Holbrook. Recently I ordered an Italian crispy and it was microwaved so much that it was soggy. Also when asking about what size mozzarella stick they have they told me only the largest size. If you order a meal they only offer medium and large never a small unless you say no I want that small(forcing you to get an up charge).

I understand that this place has low reviews, and they probably have theyre reasoning. But ive going here maybe 3-4 times a month for the past few months, and have had zero issue with food, service, or staff. They make me a large fry with no salt, and a cheeseburger without mustard, and it comes out right the first time everyone. The lady is always very nice and welcoming. I would say to give it another try.

Yesterday I bought the 2 for $5 dollars big fish and the first sandwich, the bun was stale and the second one had a piece of paper in it which looks like a picture of a clock and I tried to go on the mybkexperience.com website to leave this information there but at the very top of the receipt that has the Burger King location # seems to be faded off the paper so I was unable to put the information through on there. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt after dealing with a few unprofessional employees in the past but I’m all set with this place. This place is disgusting.

One of the worse burger kings I have ever been to in my entire life. I have been here on 3 different occasions and they have all been horrible. I should have never returned after my first bad experience here. In the morning the barely have breakfast. No croissants to make sandwiches and one time they had no croissants or sausages. They always do not have a certain item and the wait is always longer than 10 mins when you do order something. Today was my worst experience I ordered a single bacon king waited over 10 mins asked for ranch the charged me for that too as if I did not just pay for food and wait as if this wasn’t a fast food industry I want my food fast. And for them to take as long as they did today my burger was practically raw. Weird disgusting texture and very undercooked. I will not be returning to Burger King for a while and never to this location. Beware and just stay clear of this Burger King. I also would have went back for a refund but I was already late to return from my lunch break and had to explain to my boss I was in Burger King drive thru line for over 10 mins with only 2 car in front of me.

Stopped at the drive thru about 5pm on 12/10/17. We got a Big Fish and a chicken sandwich. Came home, took a two bites and decided to see what was given to us. ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTING!, THE FISH WAS MICROWAVED AT LEAST TWO OR THREE TIMES, THE CHICKEN WAS JUST GROSS! I called and asked for the manager, the women who answered the phone said “why”?, “because I have a complaint”, she was not helpful. The food should have never left the restaurant the like that! I will never go back there. GROSS GROSS GROSS, NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR BUT HAD TO GIVE IT TO GET THE WORD OUT THERE.
