I was just there, ordered a large pizza and the girl making pizzas stood there writing on the single serving boxes, eventually just walked off. When she came back she put more personal pizzas in the oven and walked off again. I told the lady, ” just give me my money back, this is ridiculous”, it was a few minutes and three people, one of which was the pizza maker herself.

Don’t order online, it confuses them. Don’t expect it to be done when you get there, they’ll just start it when you arrive. Don’t expect them to be able to read the online order either, that confuses them. Don’t get upset about them because they hire employees that require special needs, that upsets them. Don’t go there EVER, go to whitehouse pizza and pub instead, especially on a Tuesday night when beer is buy one get one free. You’re dead to me.

Ordered on line. When I arrived they had no clue as I was told she was new and not aware of on-line orders. Talked with Emily for discount for their fault. Well if Emily was MANAGEMENT maybe she should be reduced in pay as She has no CLUE to customer service.

Now I’m a big guy. And I’m all for extra toppings but these pizzas have too much on them. I know that sounds crazy. But some of the toppings are not even cooked because it’s so much on top. They’re going to go out of business giving all these extra toppings. I did not even order that. This happens every time. Yes you get a lot for your money. But it’s too much the quality goes down. Crazy huh. This comes from a guy that has eaten a lot of pizzas. Sometimes too much is too much. And their crust quality has gone down as well. They need to get their act together.

Waited for 20 minutes on them to make a pizza that they said would take 15. No big deal if it took 5 more minutes just wanted to check on it. Come to find out they haven’t even started it because they forgot. Now I have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes. Not happy.
