3rd time I come here during the night/grave yard shift and it’s always something. First it was they don’t have any tacos available. Never in my 30 years went to a jack in box and was told they don’t have any tacos available. They said they have them but they aren’t thawed so they don’t have any. And again tried to order but said they were only accepting cards only no cash. My 3rd time coming and they say something like they are only taking online orders at the moment. It seems to me whoever is working these shifts roughly around 12am-2am just do not want to work. I have to drive 15 minutes out to the other jack in box on N freeway and have not had any issues there.

I dislike leaving bad reviews, but the food was cold. When you wait 10 minutes in the drive thru with no one in front of you, how is that you get cold food? I mean, aren’t we waiting for the food to be prepared? I ordered a chicken sandwich that the chicken and bun were both room temperature. I ordered tacos for my wife, and they were hard and also cold, and tacos are not good cold. I hadn’t eaten all day and wanted to pick up a quick hot meal that I didn’t have to cook before going home, and this is what I received. I was so disappointed….

Stopped by to have a few sandwiches through the drive thru which were ordered and on the receipt correctly…. Get home and of course the order was wrong…. Call the number online and “the voicemail has not been set up”. Sooo what can you do drive back up there… – nope take the loss. I will be honest the loaded breakfast sandwich is really good when made correctly!! However if mistakes happen there needs to be a phone line to call to get a resolution.
