Small portions for price(college town so it wasn’t a huge surprise), charge extra for cheese, 25 mins ahead of scheduled delivery time(luckily I arrived at my destination early), missing free toppings, no sauce/ketchup with fries. Plus I had a 5 minute hold, which I got disconnected from, then another 3 minutes on hold before my call was answered. Then the girl taking orders was.. Snippy to say it nicely.

Was looking at the menu outside the door on a friday night trying to decide what I was going to eat; it was 45 minutes to close. The cook opened the door, coming out for a smoke, said the f-word to a customer, said “we’re closed” and steped out to the curb to light up. Obviously I didn’t go in, and I never will.
