We were pleased that there was no wait time to order. The cashier was friendly and the meal was amazing. So amazing that I forgot to take photos of our Smashburgers and Sweet Potato Fries. The location is good if you’re walking because finding a parking space was quite challenging. The cleanliness of the restaurant was a bit disappointing but a few employees arrived and one of them immediately began cleaning the tables and floors. Convenience and cleanliness are important to us and for those reasons, we probably wouldn’t return.

I wanted to enjoy the sweet potato fries here on National French Fry Day. Enjoyed the free fries with my black bean burger, but the worst part of my experience was the heat. For the sake of your employees and customers, turn the A/C on so we aren’t sweating. So thankful that Jasmin offered me a cup of water even after I declined to order a drink with my meal. She’s a lifesaver and great customer service.

My husband and I often order from here via UberEats. Today, we made the mistake of dinning in. To start, the place is filthy. The trash was over flowing and no one did anything about. There literally was no where for guest to put their trash. The cashier has poor customer service. We watched her make several people wait, as she stood in front of the kitchen window doing nothing. She also seemed really annoyed when people walked in. Our order came, and was missing tots. We told her, and she did not do anything other than stand in front of the kitchen window for at least 7 min then went to the bathroom for another 10. We had to get up and tell the cook ourselves. We def will not return or order out.

This place has gone completely downhill. When my husband and I first starting coming about a year ago it was nice and clean and service was up to par. The girl who took our order kept making us repeat ourselves because she had her AirPod in ear. The facility itself was disgusting with one person trying to barely clean up. Not sure if it was the manager it he went from faintly wiping a counter that was filthy to putting someone’s order in a bag WITH NO GLOVES. The roof was leaking, food all over the floor and the shake machine was “down”. The specialty drinks that they are promoting so well, ALL were empty. This will be our last visit and order from this location.

Smashburger is not usually my go-to burger joint as you can usually expect a greasy meal. However, that wasn’t the case this time and it was pretty good this go around. I ordered the double colorado burger and It was great, could have been a little spicer in my opinion but what can you do? Be sure to order the crispy Brussels sprouts they were a great portion, and pretty tasty once you add your own salt and pepper to them, as without they are sort of bland. I think if they add a balsamic drizzle to them it would make it next level. The fries are good but id steer clear personally. They put some sort of truffle oil on them. Aside from that being a gimmick and doesn’t actually contain truffle it gave the fries a funny taste. Everything was fresh and the employees were nice and the store was clean.

I’ve gone to this location several times in the past before and the food has been exceptional. Today that all changed. My fries were cold to the touch and barely seasoned. The burger is not the same anymore! The purple onions were cut into small pieces which is extremely weird. The burger was soggy almost wet tasting. I’m use to the much larger onions, not tiny random size pieces. The wait time was crazy even with anyone barely in the restaurant and with me ordering inside the restaurant. The staff was okay. The whole experience was just awful there’s no other way to explain it.

First time coming here. Staff is really nice and very quick on making your food. I ordered the double bacon smash burger and smash fries. The burger tasted great but burger was a bit too greasy for me but still good. The fries were perfect definitely recommend the smash fries they are tossed in Garlic and rosemary! They also have alot of different menu items you can order from and even dessert if you want something sweet. Only thing is parking is a bit small and it fills up quickly. Store was very clean!
