We love Papa Murphy’s Pizza but this location makes us not want to order again. It is quite disappointing. We’ve had a similar problem a previous visit to this location. We order online and arrive to pickup at our designated time. Upon arrival, our pizza is ready but our sides such as four salads are never ready. Today, my husband waited for the salads to be made, after our order was supposed to be ready. After he brought the pizza and salads to the car, I decided to look over everything. Upon inspection, I realized the salads were not uniformed. You can tell the salads were made in haste. One salad had hardly any ingredients. I went back inside to ask them to remake it. The young man assisting me was not very receptive. He seemed burdened by my request to remake the salad. Our previous experience, we ordered four salads and when we requested the four ranch dressings to go with them, the young man responded we only get one. Even though we had four salads! The overall experience at this location is unsatisfactory and disappointing to a loyal Papa Murphy’s family. We will definitely try ordering from Gateway and hope for better service.

I made my order the employee was very polite and helpful. I asked if he would bring it to my car and promptly said no problem sir . I went my car and thought that he didn’t charge me enough then realized I didn’t say the right size so I went back in, they had already started making my pizzas I told him the right size and paid the difference. He gladly fixed the problem with no hesitation or any kind of discuss. Very good job Thanks

Rude and unprofessional staff. Literally threw the toppings on the pizza, it was sloppy and done with attitude. He also removed a system generated discount from my order, then lied about it being a different order. Horrible employee with no integrity!!
