Three weeks ago they forgot an item that I paid for. Last week the Iced Latte tasted like the milk was sour and my wrap was ice cold in the middle. Today the sandwich was like warm and the Iced Latte tasted like Carmel flavored milk because it didn’t have any espresso. I’ll find a new location to go to.

I received three very burned and blackened breakfast croissant sandwiches that were inedible and had to be thrown out. Corporate had this store contact me but only received a short apology email. No refund for food that couldn’t be eaten. Very dissatisfied.

Received a burnt croissant sandwich, I asked for a frozen chai and get a soupy chai, asked for vanilla glazed and chocolate munchkin variety count and they gave me coco late and blueberry assortment. They people who served me all look under 18 and were laughing and didn’t take my payment until 15 minutes of sitting at window.

Ordered unsweetened flavored coffee as it says in the menu. Got the right flavor coffee but with sugar. Could not get an employee’s attention to fix it easily. When I did I was told I ordered wong and in order to get unsweetened I had to order specifically as a “shot” of flavor with coffee and then that employee turned around and walked away. Not sure if they were fixing my order, but I had been there for a while and decided to leave. Got home and nobody at home would drink the coffee I got because it tasted poor. Had to dump it out.

Zero stars. Terrible customer service. I ordered a sausage and egg croissant in the drive thru, with no cheese, as I am very lactose intolerant. I left the drive thru, checked my sandwich, and there’s cheese on it. I went back through the drive thru and explained the issue at the speaker. I was told I can “come inside, if I want”. There’s no way to back out of the drive thru at this location, so I have to drive through the drive thru…

Went to pick up my drink via drive thru tonight. Pulled up to the window and the person tells me they’ve never had decaf espresso. So she just made it regular. She said the MANAGER even said there’s never been decaf espresso available here?! I find that hard to believe. Especially since when I’ve ordered in the past, they’ve never said anything about there NOT being decaf avaliable. Just ridiculous!
