Best Texas barbecue outside of Texas! Super friendly staff. Restaurant is exceptionally clean even the restrooms! Food served with a smile! Everything was delicious! Had brisket and pulled pork and wings, baked beans, green beans and a sign of cornbread, which are muffin style and absolutely scrumptious! This restaurant has handicapped entrance handicap parking.. food and service never disappoint! Best thing about it is family-owned and family run!

This place was awesome! Excellent value, everything was delicious. Brisket was tender and delicious (though it had a pretty dark ring). I don’t usually go for sausage but the spicy sausage was like butter. Very flavorful, and one of the stars of the meal. Loved the baked beans and banana pudding. Good stuff.

First time visiting, ordered the chicken plate with baked potato and Mac-n-cheese. It was delicious. It wasn’t falling off the bone but was tender and full of flavor. Staff was very friendly and restaurant was clean.

I was ok. The ribs weren’t fall off the bone but, they have great flavor. The brisket was good and tasty but, it was kinda dry. They have signs about they’re generous portions with the proteins, but they really don’t. That’s about average at other places. Probably my favorite part we’re the green beans. Mac n cheese was pretty average.

Any establishment that respects the 2nd amendment and serves delicious food at a fair price is a 5 star for me! My family and are here tonight for about $45. I got the brisket sandwich plate with baked beans and hot BBQ sauce and it was amazing! We’ll definitely be back.

Decided to try here with my family for lunch. It was our first visit. There were lots of choices on the menu. We decided on chicken tender kids meals for our children. Once we started the order I noticed the chicken tenders were actually pre frozen nuggets. I was not expecting that since this place has smoked meats and other non frozen items. I asked for the meals to be switched and the cook was not very happy. It only got worse from there. When we went to pay the cashier Francis was extremely rude and nasty. I asked her about options for drinks with the kids meals since they only offered one (and my kids don’t drink it) and she didn’t answered and then rudely request that I pay more in order to get the option I selected after I started fixing the drinks. The food was flavorless, the portions were small and customer service was non existent. To have paid as much as we did for lunch I would expect more. I would never come here again. I don’t usually write reviews. But this experience was terrible.

My taste buds were in the mood for BBQ and I remembered my husband stopped by once before to get something to eat. I enjoyed the chicken and ribs. The potato salad and macaroni and cheese was delicious. The jalapeños cornbread muffins was so yummy, I ate two pieces. The thing is I am not a cornbread fan, but this was good. I also liked the fact that the staff was helpful to me with my order. I will be back again. Go try it for yourself.
