The worst experience I’ve had in a long time. Took 50 minutes from waiting in line to getting all my food. I ordered 1 coffee, 1 donut, 1 lemon loaf, & 1 wrap. There were 5 people working, and they didn’t know what was going on. Great Wolf Lodge management had to come help and it still was a mess.

Great a Dunkin! Yeah right complete opposite. They need to shut this location down already. You pay for a nice stay and the vibe you get from the employees is off. On top of that service doesn’t exist lines down the hallway barely any employees running the show moving at a snails pace. What a turn off. This place was severely understaffed when i was there with only 3 people ahead of me. At 3pm on a saturday it was a 20 minute to wait to just get a medium coffee and the poor lady working there was completely overwhelmed with no one to help her! Dunkin should be ashamed for not providing more staffing. Also, the one employee working there advised me against buying the donut holes i waited there 20 minutes for because they were stale and a day old! I gave her a $5 tip for working her tail off with no help

The worst ever! The people that work here have horrible attitudes. They are rude and disrespectful. Your lucky if they even take your order. I was at the speaker ordering and when I stated I had a separate order the guy taking my order says “you can’t add orders at the window!” Lol. One day one person may add an extra charge for extra creme or swirl and another person not do it the next.

Service was slow and far more expensive than standard Duncan donuts, because its in a tourist destination. For the price we paid we received the most stale donuts I have ever tried. For breakfast we tried the breakfast sandwich which was suppossed to be a grilled sourdough sandwich. It was microwaved, no toasting or anything. Tasted like a rubber sandwich.

We bought gift cards for the kids and grandkids to use. They would not accept gift cards and this was a huge inconvenience. Need to put that on the great wolf website !! Staff was not pleasant or apologetic for the inconvenience either. Drinks weren’t as good as other Dunkins.

Way better than the terrible breakfast experience at the great wolf lodge breakfast place. I’ve never liked their coffee much but the donuts were very fresh and really good, as were the breakfast sandwiches.
