I don’t know what has changed in the last couple months, but my “service” and order tonight was not what I usually get from this Marco’s. I ordered the Ultimate Magnifico and there was no old world pepperoni or any of the seasoning that is typically on the pizza. Also, I ordered and paid for 3 jalapeño ranch plus ordered one with the pizza. I got two instead of four. On top of all the my pizza wasn’t even fully cut! Just the lines from the cutter was there, I could not pull apart the pizza.

This is the first time I’ve ever had bad Marcos. Well, last night, but anyway we ordered 3 mediums for delivery and everything was great. Then the pizzas got here. The driver was very polite and thankful for the tip. (Love drivers) but my pizzas were not ok. The pepperoni ones were seriously burnt and cut TERRIBLY, tiny tiny pieces of pizza and I was just thinking to myself it must be bad in there because whoever sent this out did not give one single you know what. I know it’s rough on the inside of a pizza place, but someone’s gotta have some standards.

The Marcos App worked great. The pizza was cooked and delicious. Not the best pizza I ever had but the thin crust pepperoni was good. Could have been a little more crispy.

I order pizza at 6:36 and was supposed to be delivered by 7:15. It now 8:00pm and I still have no pizza. Called the store at 7:45 to report that I have not received my order. The associate said that they were completely backed up and only had two drivers and one left seven minutes ago. No apologies for the inconvenience or anything. Trying to find a way to reach the manager for my refund. I understand being short staffed but express that when order is being placed. An hour and twenty-five waiting on pizza is not good business.

The online order apparently appeared incorrectly from what I ordered vs what they received so even though I was charged for a pepperoni build your own they made 3 cheese pizzas. Logan the manager refused to remake the pizzas the way I ordered them.
