This is my first time ordering from this particular Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut usually has a good amount of toppings. This 30$ pie did not. Also, the receipt did not include a large tip to the driver, but that tip is on my card. I hope they didn’t stiff the driver.

I asked for none contact for my teenage daughter and the employee knocked multiple times and then asked my daughter for more of a tip than we had already left. My daughter was extremely uncomfortable and has asked to no longer order from pizza hut due to the interaction she had with this man.

First the bathrooms were closed but only one was broken so the lady let us use the other one and the big heavy guy with glasses yelled at her infront of everybody. The bathroom wasn’t broken they just had it closed so there wasn’t any business. Then we didn’t receive our whole order I had to inquire about it. Also standing up at the counter waiting for service and when the workers looked at me they didn’t even acknowledge me for 5 min. The tables are filthy. Kudos to Kirsten she was amazing and the only one that acted like she loves her job.

The service was great. I was able to order what I wanted and receive it without any interaction which was needed in this case. Pizza was received quickly, hot, edible, and the driver made sure we got it at the door before driving off.

The original deep pan crust that was ordered was not ready to bake so they substituted a rectangle pan crust. I appreciate that we got pizza and that they did the best they could. Your original deep pan crust is my favorite and I was a little saddened. Not a huge deal. It will be ready next time.

Every time I have tried to order from the Willamette street location in the last 6 months I have had a horrible experience. One time our pizza was 2 hours late! The driver had delivered our pizza to someone else. They told us the would credit our account for a pizza the next time we ordered. When we called again to redeem our credit, no one knew what we were talking about and were ultimately unwilling to make good on the promise we were given. Another time, I called in to order a pizza, thinking that perhaps our order wouldn’t get lost that way, the woman on the phone told me that she was so understaffed that she just couldn’t deal with my order. Today, I ordered a pizza online and was called back to say that no one would be available to deliver my order for 3 hours. I tried to call the Broadway location which is less that 2 miles from my house and they told me that my house was too far away and they could not deliver our pizza. My kids really like Pizza Hut pizza but I give up, too much hassle! We ordered Papa Johns, no hassle, pizza was great.

Pretty good pizza hut. I’ve never dined in and have only ordered or picked up. Never had any major problems, and the store is quick to call if anything is amiss or if there are any questions. Hours are good, they participate in most national promotions, and they let their parking space out to charity organizations from time to time, which is encouraging.

The hot wing sauce from our wings was spilt over onto 1/2 of one of the pizzas. Luckily it was not the pizza for the kids. We did not receive 2 sides of marinara sauce with our 2 orders of breadsticks, just one. Otherwise the food tasted wonderful and the pasta was better than expected!
