I have been eating at Pizza Hut for over 35 years and this was the worst experience I’ve had the food sucked excuse my wording there was about 6 to 8 people standing around not helping just looking at me. When we had Pizza Hut in Lemon Grove the Pizza and Customer Service was outstanding since they moved the quality of their Food and Service has been going down. After 35 plus years we will no longer shop for Pizza at Pizza Hut.

I ordered The Big New Yorker, don’t make the same mistake. Pizza was mishandled, cold and not tasty at all. Also the bread sticks were hard. I’m definitely not doing that again. Not Pizza Huts best day.

My original order was never delivered, though the restaurant claimed it was. I live in a single family residence, with security cameras, so we would know. I had to reorder and even the 2nd order failed to be delivered.

Service was timely. I wish I was able select the type of crust seasoning (garlic herb) via an additional comment area instead if creating my own pizza. Pizzas were excellent! We enjoyed the supreme pizza more than the cheese one. Yum!
