The burger was pretty good, but the fries tasted like they pre-soaked them in oil, and then fried them. I believe their fryer was not operating at optimal temperatures. The potato skins were all right, but for $10 I expected more. I’ve had worse food before. I’m not sure if I’ll be returning.

August 5th, 2023. Got seated by the host right away. Didn’t get our drinks for at least 20 minutes. After 30 min of sitting there the waitress finally came by to take our order. Never got a name. She was very nice, but ignored us most of the time. Ordered boneless wings and they tasted awful. Very processed chicken like McDonald’s chicken nuggets. This is not the place to get wings or great service. FYI, to your servers or anyone else reading this that serves. Your tip depends on how you serve your guest, Not on the total cost of the order. If you tip according to bill cost, you are doing it wrong.

Have never had the greatest service here but the location is convenient and the food is alright once it finally comes out. Took the server 15 min to get the first round of drinks, after we stopped another server to ask. Took 40 min for the app to come out and when it did it was wrong. Original server was extremely forgetful and after the second time we suggested she write things down which she ultimately did. We tried to order wings and a slice of pizza and she said they did not have slices, only personal pan pizzas. We were shocked as we’ve ordered slices before and they are written right on the menu. Needless to say she came back to tell us “I guess we do sell slices.” All in all it took over 90min to get the apps and food which is ridiculous considering the small number of customers and type of food on the menu. This used to be a great location, but service is completely lacking here these days.

We called there on a Friday at about 4:30 pm verified they delivered to our area. They confirmed that they do deliver, so we placed our order. At approximately 5:45 (75 minutes later) they called to say they don’t deliver to our area so I asked ti speak to a manager to see if we can pay an extra fee to continue with this order. Rick the GM was unwilling to deliver (we missed the cutoff by couple hundred feet) or meet us at the cut off intersection. They wouldn’t make this right, we confirmed the deliver to our area but they wouldn’t honor it. Rick was rude, he hung up on me when I simply asked to cancel the order. Will be following up with Rick in person.

We decided to come here yesterday evening and try something new and the area. Was disappointed. I got the sliders they were beyond low average. This is not a place I will come to again for their burgers and fries. My boyfriend got a burger with onion rings on it and he didn’t like it. The hamburger itself can use some seasoning.

We ordered at 6:15 pm and it’s currently 9:44pm and we still have not received the order. We called multiple times to see what’s going on and it reached a point where they started screw out calls because they didn’t want to face the fact that they had forgotten our order over the 4 times we inquired about where our order was. Real sketchy to get our order and have our card information and then treat us like absolute garbage. We have been coming here for 3 years about two times monthly. Then the driver brings the wings and they gave us 27 total after we ordered 50. This place needs to take a step back and figure what’s going on.
