Food is yummy. Management at this location was lacking when I was there last. No one present and in-charge of workflow. Place was busy, with only one gal at the counter. She was trying to balance in-person customers (me and about 8 others) with a million on-line orders coming in. Result: my to-go food sat on the counter for 15 minutes without my remote notification buzzer going off, because the gal just didn’t notice. I had to go up to the counter and ask, then she pretended like my order had just come up. Food was already cold. Another issue: consistency in the amount of ingredients in salads: some cooks give too much of a certain ingredient (like feta) and others barely give you a nibble; some ten pounds of avocado, others, 1 slice. Seems like some retraining is needed.
