Unfortunately, this location is going downhill quickly. This visit might be our last time. They forgot half of our meal, and when we drove back to get it, they were rude and refused to remake the forgotten items. We took the cold food because we were short on time to argue about it. Such a shame they can’t keep staff because they have very shortened hours now.

I typically go to Hardee’s here in Waterloo everyday for lunch and Order a big hot ham & cheese and a curly fry but today the customer service was absolutely terrible but nothing could be as bad as the Ham & Cheese sandwich which tasted absolutely horrible not to mention it was even served on the wrong type of bun. Everyday it seems to only get worse which is disappointing since it was my favorite place to grab lunch. Such a shame!

Visited this location today with my family. My son was in the backseat, crying, when we came through the drive-thru. The cashier, Madison (at least I think that’s his name, it was on the receipt), asked if he could make his day better. He brought out a Hardee’s chocolate chip cookie and asked me if it was okay to give to him. Made my son feel so much better (he was having a hard day), and it was such a special moment! Madison clearly is a kind & empathetic person, and I’m always so grateful when I witness acts of kindness like this. Especially in the community my son is growing up in! Also, our food was well-prepared 🙂

Terrible service at the drive thru. When handling me the change for a ridiculously expensive order she dumped the coins on the ground. She did say she was sorry but didn’t offer to make it right. It’s not like I could open my door from there. You need to train your employees better.
